The pursuit for the Italian citizenship is a trip through Brazilian immigration history. Millions of Italians have left their homeland between the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, pursuing new possibilities in the New World.
A quest for citizenship in portugal is more than the recognition of a right to, on a journey of investigation in its history. Count on the help of professionals, it is crucial that this journey is not challenging.
Documents are the soul of every citizenship recognition process in Europe. Thus, in some cases, it is necessary to make corrections in documents that present registry mistakes, such as incorrect names or family names, dates, or cities, for example. While assembling the family’s document folder we make a thorough legal analysis on the documents to assess the errors and inconsistencies present on the certificates and decide which should have to be corrected through rectifying processes. It is worth stating that to rectify is not only to unify data present within the different certificates but to assure that the citizenship transmission hasn’t been interrupted anytime along the family line. ALM performs both administrative and legal rectification processes of civil records to guarantee greater assertiveness in citizenship recognition requests.
